1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Note: Due to the handcrafted nature of our Kalamkari products, slight variations in design and color are not considered defects.
