Each piece is uniquely crafted using traditional techniques, and slight variations are a natural characteristic of our work. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our return and refund policy.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Note: Due to the handcrafted nature of our Kalamkari products, slight variations in design and color are not considered defects.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized orders.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions.
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us within 7 days of delivery at info@kalamkarimakers.com or call +91-9014006030 with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
  3. If approved, securely pack the item and ship it to our return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. If you need a replacement, please contact us, and we will arrange for an exchange based on product availability.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
